Resilience-Based Management Mentored Course – Virtual, 2023

From May 1 – June 2, 2023, the Reef Resilience Network hosted a mentored version of the new Resilience-Based Management Online Course in partnership with the Resilient Reefs Initiative, Great Barrier Reef Foundation, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Coral Reef Conservation Program, and the International Coral Reef Initiative.  During the 5-week course, 259 participants from 70 countries and territories worked through four self-paced lessons, two live webinars, live video office hours with course mentors, and online discussions forums.

The course gave participants a core understanding of how to build resilience into management and introduced them to developing a resilience strategy at the local scale.
