Florida Resilience-Based Managment Mentored Course – Virtual, 2023

From December 4-15, 2023, the Reef Resilience Network hosted a mentored version of the Resilience-Based Management Online Course for managers and practitioners in Florida. The objective of the training was to develop a shared understanding of resilience-based management (RBM) for Florida managers and practitioners to support integration of resilience concepts into existing management plans and efforts. The 39 participants attended came from multiple county, state, and federal government agencies throughout Florida, as well as an NGO and a university. During the two-week training, participants worked through three self-paced lessons, two live webinars, live video office hours with course mentors, and online discussions forums.
